We work at the intersection of AI, structural biology, biophysics, and multi-omics. Our lab develops computational/AI approaches to study protein interactions, molecular systems, and disease mechanisms, with applications in target/drug discovery and translational biology. In general, we look for candidates with such backgrounds: (1) major in biology with rich experience in bioinformatics (students); or (2) major in quantitative science with experience developing ML/AI models for biological systems (students/postdocs/technicians).
